An afternoon of celebration The Victoria League for Commonwealth Friendship

Back for our second year with The Victoria League for their annual end-of-summer garden party in Bayswater, this year held extra special significance.

Celebrating 125 years as a charity and attended by HM King Charles, as well as dignitaries from Commonwealth nations from across the globe the rained graciously held off for an afternoon of elegant savoury and sweet canapés, wines and cocktails.

The King met with trustees as well as students both former and current at the charity before unveiling a commemorative plaque to signify this key milestone.

Our team of chefs, bartenders and hosts warmly welcomed guests with the signature Hamilton ‘discrete attentiveness’ throughout the soirée ensuring nobody left less than completely satisfied.

For those of you who missed us at Brentford Canal Festival with T&T Markets London you missed an incredible day of live music, food, drink and community celebration.

Back for our third year, the Aperol spritz still takes the top spot as the people’s favourite, closely followed by the classic margarita and the up and coming Hugo.

Summer has truly begun and while September is nearly fully booked we still have availability in July and August for our fabulous offering from our mobile bar, serving garden parties and private dining.

An absolutely beautiful evening in an exceptional setting. My client wanted to celebrate her partners 70th birthday surrounded by their closest family and friends, good food and good wine. The brief was to create a truly memorable, intimate evening full of joy and celebration.

Guests were welcomed at the entrance in a heated marquee with our cocktail bike and we transformed the interior of their home into a private dining room for 26 with a beautiful tablescape, starting with oshibori towels followed by a six course menu complemented with paired wines and curated cocktails. All served by a discrete but attentive front of house team.

Highlights from 2025 ⭐️

This year we decided to take a step back, take stock of what we really love to do, what our customers love, and focus on that.
This lesson is to our biggest year yet and some milestone events with our core offering now focussing on canapés, private fine dining and a curated high end bar offering, for both indoor and outdoor events.

These snaps from our camera roll show events in full swing, the hours of preparation and planning, educational offsites and some good times shared.

Our client .london create stunning interiors as a work of art using the finest Italian materials.

So I relished the challenge when they commissioned a series of global dishes fusing quality ingredients with quintessential Italian flair.

In the first of a number of dishes and interviews discussing design, art and food, we have a classic Tuna Tataki, Ponzu infused with Sorrento Lemons, an Italian Herb Oil, Crispy Shallots, Finger Lime and Pea Shoots.

Another event made possible with a spectacular chef and FOH team.

This time with an autumnal and hyperlocal twist. Our client had an established allotment on site so much of the menu utilised ingredients grown on their very own land.

For those who have followed our journey from the start, you know we love a trompe l’oeil! Foods designed the trick the eye and deceive the guest.

We’ve gone back to our roots with a sophisticated sunset colour palette inspired canape menu.

Operating under the mantra of discrete attentiveness, our team are able to anticipate guests every need, from drinks, to seating and remembering which guests prefer which cuisines when roving canapés around a space.
