An absolutely beautiful evening in an exceptional setting. My client wanted to celebrate her partners 70th birthday surrounded by their closest family and friends, good food and good wine. The brief was to create a truly memorable, intimate evening full of joy and celebration.

Guests were welcomed at the entrance in a heated marquee with our cocktail bike and we transformed the interior of their home into a private dining room for 26 with a beautiful tablescape, starting with oshibori towels followed by a six course menu complemented with paired wines and curated cocktails. All served by a discrete but attentive front of house team.

Highlights from 2025 ⭐️

This year we decided to take a step back, take stock of what we really love to do, what our customers love, and focus on that.
This lesson is to our biggest year yet and some milestone events with our core offering now focussing on canapés, private fine dining and a curated high end bar offering, for both indoor and outdoor events.

Our client .london create stunning interiors as a work of art using the finest Italian materials.

So I relished the challenge when they commissioned a series of global dishes fusing quality ingredients with quintessential Italian flair.

In the first of a number of dishes and interviews discussing design, art and food, we have a classic Tuna Tataki, Ponzu infused with Sorrento Lemons, an Italian Herb Oil, Crispy Shallots, Finger Lime and Pea Shoots.

Another event made possible with a spectacular chef and FOH team.

This time with an autumnal and hyperlocal twist. Our client had an established allotment on site so much of the menu utilised ingredients grown on their very own land.

The importance of an impeccable front and back of house team is as important as the menu!

Operating under the mantra of discrete attentiveness, our team are able to anticipate guests every need, from drinks, to seating and remembering which guests prefer which cuisines when roving canapés around a space.

When you are asked to create the buffet of dreams but with a very specific brief so many ideas come to mind. The challenge, shortlisting and bringing them all together into one cohesive and balanced menu.

This time we were asked to create seasonal plates that popped with vibrancy, using only natural colours that could also be used to dye clothing and textiles.

It takes time to become comfortable in a style of cooking and ours is about local, high seasonal ingredients done simply and accompanied by all the little touches to the table that make dinner an experience.
