Peach + Rhubarb 🍑 a light, summery bonbon ripe for this heatwave

We combine our white peach puree with white chocolate to make a smooth base ganache, crowning it with a sharp rhubarb gel, all set within a thin dark chocolate shell.

Flavour notes: tangy peach alongside buttery, vanilla base notes counterbalanced by the tart rhubarb; fresh and fruity with a distinct, creamy white chocolate sweetness to round everything off.

Saffron + Hibiscus 🌸 an OG XO flavour and personal favourite of many!

Inside you’ll find a base layer of pistachio praliné topped by caramel infused with saffron + hibiscus flower. Encased within a fine dark chocolate shell, crowned in 24k gold leaf ✨

Flavour notes: sweet aromatic within a honey-like, floral smooth caramel; crunchy pistachio that adds a herbaceous nuttiness to the bite.
