The Acai Girls is a all-day healthy dining concept.
We are a dark kitchen - working as delivery only.
Our menu is specifically designed with micronutrients in mind in order to nourish and maintain a healthy mindset and body. We make food that is fresh and beautifully presented, using the best quality products delivered on a daily basis. We want our team to grow with people who are as passionate about food as we are.
We are looking for chefs to join the team in our Fulham & Battersea locations.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1-year kitchen experience
Food Hygiene Level 2
Good knife skills and recipe following skills
Outstanding sanitation standards.
Fluent English is spoken and written.
You will be working on the following tasks:
Assisting in the food preparation process and responding to requests made by Kitchen Manager.
Must be able to assemble beautifully presented food
Managing and ensuring the daily prep is done and that everything is above par throughout the service
Helping with deliveries, restocking, organising the kitchen and taking inventory using EPOS
Cleaning stations throughout the day
Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
You must
Maintain appropriate hygiene standards, be proactive and positive
Have a great work ethic and be punctual and able to take direction
Must dress appropriately in their own CLEAN and freshly washed, kitchen safe clothes.
Is responsible for their multiple stations during their shift including all closing procedures
Must comply with all cleaning, opening/closing procedures with standards set by management
Must have a precise knowledge of the cooking procedure for each menu item and food must be delivered with high quality and consistency.
Must follow recipes and kitchen protocol accurately and precisely in a strict, timely manner.
