Min. 2 years experience in running various sections at a similar luxury pastry or cake production environment
Pastry Degree
Level 2 Health & Safety
Level 2 Food Safety
English fluent
Basic computer skills
Experience in cake decorating and sugarcraft
Keen interest in seasonal recipes and decorating
Great skills in finishing
Min. 2 year UK work visa
Already a UK resident
