We're also sharing our Cold Bru recipe with everyone!

Recipe - makes 5 litres (adjust if needed)
Ratio 1:10 - coffee : water

You will need:
1 x cheese cloth bag that can hold 500g of coffee grinds
1 x 5L bucket or jug

Ingredients:
500g Mug Shot coffee ground as coarse as possible
500ml hot water
4.5L cold water

Method:
1. Put the ground coffee into the cloth bag and add hot water, making sure all the grinds are saturated. Let it breathe for a minute before closing the bag.
2. Tie filter bag securely, ensuring no grinds can escape, and then add cold water.
3. Place your bucket/jug in the fridge overnight to brew.
4. Wake up and enjoy some Cold Bru! (remember to remove the coffee grinds before serving)

It's that simple! We chose to use a Brazilian coffee for our brew as it creates an enjoyable chocolatey profile, with low acidity and a medium body.

2 big sprigs of Mint
2L apple juice
4 cups of hot water
Cold water to top up
