Introducing: THE NUTRITION BEHIND EXALT 🧠🥤

We’re taking you behind the bottle with our Head Nutritionist, Charlie Grey, to explain what’s actually inside your EXALT and, more importantly, why we put it there.

Naturally, we decided the best place to film a nutrition series was inside the fridge. 🥶 And once Charlie manages to stop laughing 😆 there is actually some science.

First up: our bestseller, Lean Machine. 💪 Two types of protein, carefully chosen ingredients and a lot of nutritional thinking behind it. And, crucially, it tastes bloody delicious.

Because there’s no point making something nutritionally brilliant if drinking it feels like punishment.

SWIPE 🔜 Turns out we packed quite a lot into September. Including our co-founder, Charlie, into an industrial tube. 🥴

We kicked things off with Charlie and Dan and their three most productive employees 🐶 😂 made a LOT of beautifully branded drinks for LNCC x Osprey, and somehow found ourselves in the Financial Times, ‘How To Spend It’ 💰 Naturally, we celebrated this very serious business moment by putting Charlie inside factory machinery. Getting him back out was a little less straightforward. 🤯

We celebrated two EXALT team anniversaries, (ft vocals by Charlie 😂🥴) hosted a brilliant morning with Cycle Exchange and Dani Rowe 🚴, supplied our smoothies to hundreds of guests at a global wellness event, welcomed a gorgeous delivery of fresh greens, and kept the country alive with bottling another run of our bestselling Lean Machine 💪

And finally, the cauldron came out. Basic Witch is officially back for pumpkin-spice season. 🎃🧙‍♀️

Pugs. Press. Pipes. Protein. Produce. Pumpkin spice.

September, you were showing off. Now onto October, and we can’t wait to show you what’s coming 👀

EXALT x Cycle Exchange x Dani Rowe MBE

25th September, Richmond Park. 7am meet at Pen Ponds Café.

Last Friday session before summer properly clocks off. We’re taking laps around the park with Dani Rowe MBE, closing out the final Cycle Exchange Chat Laps of the year. It’s not often everyone ends up in one place at the same time, so this feels like the right way to send summer off properly before the nights draw in and the routines change.

EXALT will be on hand with smoothies and shots to get the day started right and to top the legs up before they start complaining halfway round.

Early start, good company, one last proper ride before the season turns.
