The quintessential starter. We think all caterers offer burrata in one way or another. We started offering burrata about 4 years ago and it’s still one of our most requested starters today. Although elements of the dish have changed over the years and it’s also the perfect dish to customise to a clients brief, it remains a true classic and perfect for the summer months. Served with refreshing Heritage tomatoes, rich pesto, pickled shallots, toasted focaccia and tangy sherry vinegar dressing it really does encompass everything about summer. Here’s to many more years on our (and probably everyone else’s) menu.

“We’re vegan” is a phrase that we are hearing more and more these days. Although we are not a purely vegan caterer, we have paid special attention to our vegan menu. Our new vegan menu is up there with everything else we do and so far, it’s been extremely well received. Pictured is the humble courgette turned up a notch or 3. Harissa hummus, vegan whipped cream, crispy chickpeas, pickled grape, Chermoula and heritage courgettes.
