📣NEW COFFEE📣

Our second Ethiopian coffee this year has arrived!

We’ve once again sourced our coffee from the renowned Guji region, which has developed a reputation for producing some of the most sought-after micro-lots in the world.

This exceptional washed coffee is lovingly produced by Israel Degfa and the 361 smallholder farmers under his Kerchanshe initiative. Through this network, Israel supports these smallholders and his local communities with much-needed access to healthcare and education.

We’re loving the stone fruit, pear and citrus tasting notes and we’re sure you will too! 🍐 🍋

Meet Elie Barantanda and his son, Juvenal Ndayikeza, 21, from Murambi Hill, Burundi.

Juvenal hopes to study at university and is currently working alongside his father on their coffee plantation.

💡 What is Africa Day?

On 25 May 1963, in Addis Ababa Ethiopia, the Organisation of African Unity (OAU) was formed. It created a pan-African vision for Africa that brought independence, unity and freedom.

At a 2002 summit in Durban, South Africa, the OAU became what we know today as the African Union (AU).
