I did it! First time at BMW BERLIN-MARATHON and I got myself a cheeky PB. My first sub-5 and I am absolutely knackered ngl

What I loved the most was the MANY fruit stations. I got a bit worried about the fibre situation 💩, but I still ate ALL of them. I think I hit 5 or 6 fruit stops, and honestly, it was ELITE. 😂

I would 100% recommend this race if you’re doing your first marathon or even chasing a cheeky PB. The course is flat and very straightforward.

And what also helped me get here and smash my PB was my coach Aneeka. Online Coaching 🌺. I felt calm the whole time and didn’t have to do crazy long runs or almost injure myself to show up today with my best time ever. Having a coach who not only understands your needs but also specialises in women’s health is SO, SO important.

Scrap that soulless AI app and contact Aneeka! And if you do, tell her I sent you🤪

Now I’m off to find some food because this girl needs some serious vegan gains

BERLIN MARATHON 2026 BIB IN HAND!!! And it’s actually happening in TWO DAYS 😬

Today I headed to the expo at Tempelhof Airport, such an iconic place, basically a giant time capsule, with an actual AIRPLANE inside. So cool!

I got to try compression boots from Reboots Recovery Boots for the first time. Safe to say, I get the hype 😌

And to my surprise, the goodie bag was ENTIRELY VEGAN. There was even a cheeky CLIF Europe, my absolute favourite.

Definitely got lucky arriving around midday because the queues later in the afternoon were INSANE!

Now it’s time to rest, eat my way through Berlin and get ready for those 42.2km 😂 My first international marathon LFG 👊🏿🇩🇪🖤
