Cornish Hake Udon with Libyan Chraime

Crisp skinned Cornish hake, udon underneath, coated in a deep chraime sauce built on pilpelchuma, tomato and dashi. Sumac pickled red onions and fresh coriander bring the lift at the end 🌿

Warm spice, balanced heat, and a bit of brightness to carry it through.

🌼You can make it your own with extra toppings.
Add an onsen egg for a richer creamier SLURP,
or go for extra sideson the side.

A new flavour lands at Koya Ko this March.

Meet Oded of Oren (), turning up the heat and bringing Middle Eastern spice into our udon bowls 🔥🌶️🍜

🐟 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗛𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗨𝗱𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗟𝘆𝗯𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗺𝗲

Skin crisped Cornish hake, set over udon coated in a bold chraime sauce built from pilpelchuma, tomato and dashi.
