Guided by Agnes, our team continuously explores new ingredients and trends to craft innovative dishes Agnieszka's love of sushi began fourteen years ago when she lived in Poland. She always had a great passion for cooking, so decided to follow her path and developed the art of making sushi. She had an opportunity to work with one of the sushi masters- Matayoshi Haraguchi, and he taught her everything about the secret techniques of making the best sushi. She was a keen learner and soon, she was able to prepare sushi from scratch. After receiving training in 2007, she opened her sushi bar, which operated for over a year. Later that year Agnieszka’s family situation had changed and they decided to move to the UK. She’s been moving houses several times, but finally, in 2014 she settled down in Lincoln. The journey was not only from one country to another country but also from county to county. During all that time her passion for making sushi was thriving, despite the adverse circumstances.
