Roast don't always go to plan...

About last night's roast...

It doesn't always go to plan. Storm Prophet have large beans and I think on this occasion I had the rollers on too fast as the beans, though mostly roasted well, there's a tad bit of inconsistency.

Now I have to do what all roasters dread. Hand pick each of the under performed beans by hand. But it's okay, I have Pink Floyd's wish you were here album and a nice glass of wh***ey for company.
