Since 2014, we have crafted gelato and sorbetto from 100% natural ingredients, with a focus on local and seasonal produce. Milk from Vine Farm Dairy in Great Dalby is the starting point for all of our gelato. Slow Food Supporters, we believe in providing food that is Good, Clean and Fair. Our ingredients are sourced ethically and sustainably and we make sure producers are paid fairly for them. We
are single use plastic free, so all of our consumables are biodegradable and compostable. Enjoy a freshly made waffle on our sunny terrace, or perhaps a traditional affogato at our comfortable indoor seating. We make the best Italian coffee in town, including 20+ hour cold brew and the Bicerin, a coffee drink from our home region of Piedmont.
