It's Sourdough September.

On Sunday, I was talking to a lady about discard recipes and I told her I'd share them with her. I can't message people from my page unless they message me first. Upgraded my work space with a Birchwood dough board that was made in Italy...It's so smooth 😍 I'm super excited for my next dough day!

Yesterday, I had a coffee when I got home from Ekojoes, managed a couple of hours sleep and worked most of the night in preparation for the craft fair at Christchurch, Clarendon Park. Unfortunately, there is no bread because I didn't have time to ferment it properly, but I do have sourdough buns, scones and a few of my cakes 😊
