A pair of very handsome loaves 😍 Now I do this as a job, the joy can get lost underneath everything else. Sometimes I have to slow down, reconnect to the joy and remember why I choose to do this. These pair have made my day 😊 check out the ears 😎

Edit- Not just the joy, but the curiosity that made me start baking sourdough in the first place. I played around with the quantity of starter in these and focused a bit more than usual on the score. I think it paid off.
