OUR CHEF SPECIALS FOR THE NEXT TWO WEEKS 👨‍🍳

A few new dishes have landed on the specials board.

Swordfish & chorizo skewers served on warm flatbread with harissa mayo, salad & citrus cream sauce.

Medallions of pork tenderloin, pan seared and smothered in a creamy blue Stilton sauce, served with garlic & herb sautéed potatoes and tenderstem broccoli.

And for dessert, raspberry & hibiscus gin crème brûlée with a crisp cinnamon sugar top & shortbread.

Meet our Chef de Partie, Rowan, 20👨‍🍳

Wednesday was our Solar Eclipse night and, as you can imagine, we were extremely busy. Rowan headed up the kitchen with the help of just one KP and served over 200 of you, with more orders coming through than we’ve ever had before.

We couldn’t be prouder of him, and the round of applause he received from all of you on the terrace at the end of Wednesday’s service was genuinely one of our proudest moments as owners ❤️

He’s leading the kitchen again this week while our other two chefs spend some well-earned time with their families during the school holidays.

Just a little reminder for this week: we’re serving our terrace menu only, and there’ll be no food on Sunday.
