If you want to get in touch please send me a message on here or call me on 01132530807 If you are experiencing difficulty cooking or preparing meals and feel that you may not be eating properly the our service is for you. Our hot meals are delivered between 11.45-14.00

We can provide meals from short term if you are recovering from illness or long term where there is an ongoing need. An important part of our service is that the person delivering your meal will ensure that you are safe and well, reporting any problems you may have to us. We can also perform short but very useful tasks such as picking up your post, fetching a tray, cutlery and water for your meal and remind you to take your medicine. We feel this part of the service provides some peace of mind for yourself and your family and friends. You will be asked about any dietary requirements. For example are you diabetic? Do you need a special diet such as gluten free? You will also be asked if there is anything you don’t like to eat. This will ensure that you will only receive meals which you will enjoy. We can start the service for you the very next day.
