Whether you love traditional hog roast, or delicious smoked brisket cooked low and slow, Bubba's will deliver! Gary Hallas, the founder of Bubba's Smokin' Hog Roast, has spent the last 20 years travelling through Southern States of America. The outdoor culture of cooking and smoking meat southern style in America, has greatly influenced his choice of diet and lifestyle and increased his passion for smoked BBQs and Hog Roasts. Gary has returned to the UK and is feeding his passion for Southern style cooking, by delivering a top quality service through Bubba's Smokin' Hog Roast, giving Yorkshire folk the opportunity to taste how delicious and awesome Southern style meat can be !! Bubba's smokin' Hog Roast offers various options which will ensure each event is perfect for you. All pigs are organic and are reared to an excellent standard from a local farm. Options for each event include:

Basic hire of Hog Roast machine which includes delivery of the machine and the pig. Gary can start the hog roast for you ( fitting pig onto machine etc ) and you have the flexibility to host your own event . Basic Catering Service
Gary will manage the catering of the event which includes a chef serving pork sandwiches, apple sauce and stuffing. He will also, ensure area / venue is left clean and spotless. Catering Service with extras
Gary will manage the catering of the event, which includes a chef serving pork sandwiches apple sauce and stuffing. Also serving of BBQ meats and a range of salads. These extras are bespoke for each individual party. Discuss with Gary the extras you would like.
