💗 WE’RE BACK! 🍥✨

Going to see how I get on today, so please bear with me if I’m not quite my usual bubble of fun! 😂💗

But… the bakes are ready and waiting!

We’ve got a lovely selection of sweet bons, savoury rolls, cakey bits & brownies, plus really good coffee by ☕️

And yes, we’ve got the matcha too, with a few flavours to choose from. 🍵

Feeling those cosy vibes? We’ve also got plenty of hot chocolate, including mint, orange & Black Forest — and obviously you can get them fully loaded with cream & mallows.

💗 A little reality check...

I don't particularly like posting things like this. I'm much happier showing you the bons, coffee, pink vibes and all the fun stuff… but sometimes real life gets in the way.

I've not been feeling 100% for the last week and by Saturday, whilst in the shop, I really started to feel it — my body was saying ENOUGH NOW. 😴

Luckily I had support with me, which meant I could push through the day, but by Saturday night I knew I needed to listen to myself and actually rest.

So I've taken the last couple of days off, in hope to properly recover. I'm still not quite back to 100%, and whilst I hate disappointing our daily customers and wholesale customers, sometimes you have to accept that you can't pour from an empty cup.

And honestly, taking a day off when you run your own small business isn't always an easy decision.

There's no sick pay.
The bills don't stop.
The rent still needs paying.
The stock still needs buying.
And when the doors are closed, there's no daily income coming in.

But alongside all of that is the guilt.

The guilt of letting customers down.
The guilt of letting wholesale customers down.
The feeling that you should somehow keep going because you're the one who has to make it happen.

That's the reality of running a small independent business. It's not always the pretty bakes and pink doors you see on Instagram. Sometimes it's knowing when to step back, take a breath and look after the person behind it all.

So, whilst I didn't particularly want to make a song and dance about being poorly, I also wanted to be honest with you.

Thank you for your patience, understanding and continued support. 🥹💗

I'm going to give myself the time I need to recover properly and I'll be back as soon as I'm ready to give Cinnammmm — and you — the energy you deserve and love from me.

And when those doors open again… the bons will be waiting. 🍥☕️💗

🍂 Okay September… we’re ready for you.

The mornings are getting a little cooler, the jumpers are slowly coming back out and we're officially leaning into those cosy autumn feels. ☕️🍁

So naturally, September's flavour of the month had to be a little bit naughty...

48 hours. 2 festival days. 9 hours sleep. 😴😂

And somehow… we did it!

Between the food festival, keeping the Cinnammmm doors open, fulfilling direct orders AND getting wholesale orders out, it has been one seriously full-on couple of days!

There is absolutely no way I could have done it without my little dream team — my sister, brother-in-law, cousin & nieces. ❤️
Without them, I honestly couldn't do what I do.

Building a small business isn't just about the pretty bakes and pink vibes you see on Instagram. There's a whole lot of early mornings, late nights, prep, packing, washing up, loading, unloading, problem-solving… and couple of cups of caffeine! ☕😂

But then there are YOU.

The customers who turn up.
The ones who order.
The ones who come back.
The ones who recommend us, share our posts and tell their friends.

That's how we're building Cinnammmm — one bon, one customer and one crazy weekend at a time. 🍥💗

A massive thank you to everyone who came to see us, supported us, ordered from us and kept us busy — and a huge thank you to the event organisers and all the amazing traders who made the weekend what it was.

Exhausted? Absolutely.
Grateful? More than words.
Would I do it again? …ask me after I've had a nap. 😂
