12th September from 3-6PM we still have a limited number of tickets available for our charity afternoon tea in support of the Royal Marsden. We will be having a raffle on the day as well as an auction for some of the prizes. Tickets are £20 which include afternoon tea and either tea/coffee or a glass of prosecco. We now have TNT sports at The Anchor showing all your favourite sports! With the start of the premier league season yesterday we have our first match being shown at the pub today at 12:30 Hull vs Manchester United.

TONIGHT!

Local singer-songwriter Paul Evans is performing live at The Anchor on Saturday 15th August!

Starting at 8pm, his ‘Under The Influence’ set list features acoustic versions of iconic songs including Oasis, The Jam/Paul Weller and Stereophonics via Motown and classic hits from the 60s to the present day, as well as a few original compositions!

Bank Holiday weekend, get ready for not one but two brilliant DJs! DJ love will be playing from 4-7:30PM and at 8 the Glitter Groove Disco will be playing through til 11PM. As always we will be serving our delicious BBQ menu from 5-10PM.
