Tomorrow, Billy Thomson, a local member and Corporate Sponsor, through Thomson Partnership Scotland, in his quest to play 100 holes in 1 day, a monumental 5 rounds and 10 holes, Teeing off at 0430 and targeting completing hole no 100 by sundown! All the monies raised are being ring fenced towards a new large oxygen chamber for the Grampian Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Centre.
The new chamber could potentially yield an additional ten thousand therapies per annum for north-east folk. Those with MS, fibromyalgia, cancer, burns, Parkinsons etc all benefit from the therapies provided by the self-funded, wholly independent Charity. All fundraising revenues stay in the north-east.
