After summer, it can be hard to know what to cook, what to add to your food shop and how to make healthier meals feel easy.

Meet the Biona Pantry Pyramid. Three simple building blocks to help you put together delicious, nourishing meals without overthinking it.

🌱 FOUNDATION: Start with a slow-release base, like rye bread, wholegrain rice or pasta, oats or quinoa.

🌱 POWER: Add a plant-powered protein, like chickpeas or black beans.

🌱 ENRICH: Finish with something that brings plenty of flavour and added nutrients, like peanut butter, apple cider vinegar, coconut milk or tahini.

Mix and match from there. Keep it simple, use any fresh ingredients that you have and make it your own. A little inspiration for getting back to good food, one meal at a time.
