🍖 There’s a right way to eat ribs…

Perfectly cooked ribs should pull away cleanly from the bone when you bite into them but they shouldn’t completely fall apart. 👀

Good ribs still have texture, tenderness and a little bite. That’s the sweet spot.

Too tough? Undercooked.
Falling apart? Overcooked.
Clean pull with that perfect bite? Now you’re talking. 🔥

Because great ribs aren’t supposed to fight back… but they shouldn’t turn to mush either. 😮‍💨
