Position: Full-Time Food Truck Assistant / Driver (5 Days a Week)
Location: Mobile (Operating across local events, street food markets, regular pitches, and festivals)

​Here at The Loaded Fries, we serve up top-quality, crowd-pleasing street food across the region. We are fast-paced, passionate about great food, and always on the move.
We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and hardworking individual to join our growing team on a full-time basis!

​The Role
​Working on a food truck means you're the heart of the operation. Your day-to-day will involve:
​Assisting with food preparation, cooking, and assembling our signature loaded fries.
​Providing friendly, engaging customer service during busy services.
​Safely driving and maneuvering the food truck to various mobile pitches, markets, and events.
​Maintaining immaculate standards of cleanliness and food safety throughout the shift.
​Handling cash and card transactions smoothly.

​What We Are Looking For
​To be successful in this role, you will need:
● ​Clean Driving License: A full valid driving license with no points is essential, as driving the food truck to various sites is a core part of the job.
● ​Food Safety: Ideally holding a Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene certificate (or a willingness to obtain one).
● ​Personal Hygiene: An exemplary standard of personal presentation and hygiene, reflecting our professional food business standards.
● ​Work Ethic: Punctual, dependable, and able to keep a cool head during high-pressure rushes.
●​ lFlexibility: Willingness to work a 5-day schedule, including weekends and evenings as required by our mobile event calendar.
