Unfortunately I won’t be attending today’s event at Northampton Museum - the ADHD overwhelm truly kicked my butt this week and there was no chance for me to prep for it.

If you’re around Northampton, I strongly recommend you go and check it out though! I had such a lovely experience there in Spring, and there were so many great vendors!

As for me, I’m playing a silly game about being a cat that works in a post office as I recharge!

Could this be the new view of Lovett Fudge?

I haven’t ridden a bike in WELL over a decade (possibly 2!) and due to the lovely Dez at Brightwayz - I’m able to give it a test ride!

It feels quite fun, and I’m learning not to be scared when cars overtake me 😂😂

Thank you teacher gifts ready to head out!!

Did you know that I’m a trained Primary School teacher? I absolutely adored getting to work with the kids in my class, I still feel very fond of them when I see them out in the wild!

Back in the day, I would have loved a box of yummy fudge at the end of the school year 😉

It doesn’t need to be with fudge, or gifts, but make sure you say thank you to all the amazing school staff - a harder working bunch of people you’d be hard pressed to meet! 🥰🥰

All set up and ready at Kettering Carnival ketteringcarnival !!
There’s bouncy castles, henna, face painting, dance displays, food stalls, hook a duck, and loads of other stalls!

Perfect weather - sunny, but with a nice breeze - what more can you ask for?!

Let’s talk Kettering Carnival on Saturday!!

I can’t wait, it was a lovely day last year but it is going to be HOT! 🥵

I’m bringing Prosecco Pots (with spoons), and I’m wrapping bars to avoid as much touching of the fudge as possible!

The samples are the last (literal) sticking point!

They will be out, but they will be melty.
I may not have as many flavours of samples because it is SO DIFFICULT to cut those small pieces in my kitchen right now!

Come and support the community though!
Go and watch the parade, it’s going to be so joyful!!

Did you know??
It is World Chocolate Day today!!

If you've tried our sweet treats before, you'll know they're all made with condensed milk and chocolate, so not quite the traditional fudge you're used to.

How glad am I to be working with chocolate during a heatwave?
Absolutely, not at all. Worst decision I've ever made. 🫠

Of course, I'm kidding, but my GOODNESS is it tricky work cutting and packaging all your orders in this weather!!!

Pop them in the fridge when they arrive, and let them firm up a bit - they'll be perfect!
