We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Duty Manager to join our restaurant team. As a Duty Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting and leading the front-of-house team. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage restaurant shifts effectively.
Ensure staffing levels are appropriate and address any operational issues promptly.
Brief and support the front-of-house team to achieve excellent customer service standards.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues professionally.
Support upselling initiatives and team performance targets.

What We're Looking For
Previous supervisory or management experience within hospitality.
