This is Petrit Malaj with some of his staff at Station Parade Lounge in Elm Park.

After opening the restaurant in September 2024, Petrit and his team celebrated two years of business on Wednesday (September 16) and welcomed his customers in for a buffet and drinks to say thank you for the support.

Petrit spoke exclusively to the Recorder on the day, describing his team as a "family" and credited head chef Lee Harrison in particular for the business' success so far.
