Day one of food fest was a blast!! Looking forward to today's adventures. Just getting our filled brioche doughnuts proofing now 🤤 live music in the courtyard from 2 as well. Just a lovely way to finish the weekend 😍 thanks for your support Holmfirth, it means the world to us. 😘🍻❤️

This one is our Bife & Caldo.. the ultimate steak sanga 🥩🥩 char grilled steak in our crispy focaccia with peppery rocket, pepper & tomato pesto and a side of our 18 hours burnt brisket & caramelised onion broth to dip in 🤤🤤💪

Introducing our Porco & Morcella 😍🤤😎😍🤤😎

Porchetta stuffed with Portuguese Morcella sausage, enriched with a red w**e and winter spice jus, served in our crispy focaccia with mustard, peppery rocket and pickled green apples for the perfect balance!!

On to the next treat for this year's food and drink festival... Our pan fried focaccia, practice my new brioche donut recipe 🥳 chuffed to bits with it 😍 staff ate every last crumb🍩🍩 Porchettas getting prepped & Piri Piri chicken bites for Fridays early bird sangria special😮‍💨🥴☺️ hope you all love it ❤️🙏

Food & Drink Festival burnt brisket and beef bone broth .. Phase 2, fresh round of roasted bones, mirapoix and herbs to finish this beaut off with another few hours in the oven. End result with the pulled brisket and beef shin with loads of slowly caramelised onions and we're ready!! 😎🤤🤤

Well that's the Redfest done with, we had a blast with you all!! Hope you enjoyed our Tasca Flats, we enjoyed making them! Now we are madly prepping for the Holmfirth Food and Drink festival next weekend 🥴🥳💪 trying out some new amazeball food on you all.
This is phase one of our 18 hours burnt brisket end & beef bone broth loaded with slowly caramelised onions (I need to think of a shorter name). This dish is an example of using everything and wasting nothing, sustainable and freaking delicious!! 🤤🤤 If I do say so myself ☺️😁
