Please come along and support! A lovely dog walk and a stop to warm up with a cuppa and hot snack, cakes to eat there or take away, a lovely little shop selling home reared beef and pork, gorgeous cheese made right there on site and other products showcasing other local producers, all whilst sitting in beautiful orchard watching the lovely cows grazing! 🍫 Triple Chocolate Brownies – rich, fudgy and packed with chocolate. Because sometimes more chocolate really is the only answer!

🇳🇱 Stroopwafel Blondies – BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND! 🙌 Lightly cinnamon-spiced blondies with swirls of caramel and pieces of chewy stroopwafel. You asked, I listened!

This mascarpone packaging was absolutely trying to rage bait me.

You know when you get one of those little plastic lids that looks like it should peel off beautifully?

Yeah. No.

This one had me questioning my grip strength and my patience 🤣

I just want the mascarpone. I’m not trying to break into Fort Knox!

So, manufacturers… we need to talk.
Easy-open packaging. Please. I’m begging you. 🙏😂

Anyway, after several minutes of wrestling with it…knives out… I won.

The mascarpone did not. 😏

A little bit of spice, a LOT of caramel and a lovely chewiness…

These blondies are lightly cinnamon-spiced, packed with pieces of buttery, chewy stroopwaffle and finished with generous swirls of gooey caramel. 🤎

Think warm cinnamon, chewy blondie, sticky caramel and that unmistakable stroopwaffle flavour … basically autumn in blondie form, with a little Dutch twist! . 🇳🇱

A little from my garden to your chutney moment… 🍐💚

I’ve had a lovely glut of pears from the garden, and rather than let them take over the kitchen, they’re off to a very good home!

I’ve donated them to the lovely , who’ll be turning them into one of their delicious chutneys.

Local fruit → local business → very tasty chutney.
I’m calling that a win! 😋

Today’s dessert section is looking rather tasty…

🍯 Salted caramel brownies; rich, fudgy chocolate brownie, swirled with gooey salted caramel. The sweet/salty combo that never lets you down!

🧇 Stroopwafel blondies; buttery, chewy blondie packed with caramel goodness and topped with a proper stroopwafel crunch. Basically, a Dutch biscuit got involved and things escalated. 😂

🍎 Apple crumble cake; soft, cinnamon-spiced apple cake, made with apples picked right here from Wilton Farm’s orchard, and finished with a lovely crumbly topping. Proper autumn-in-a-cake vibes. 🍂

Today’s Wilton Farm restock has brought back the chocolate fudge cake… and, well, it would have been rude not to quality control it, wouldn’t it? 🤣

So I may have pinched myself a slice for breakfast.

And before anyone judges me… the earlier you eat cake, the longer you’ve got to burn the calories off! It’s basically science. 😂
