Among many other 'why?' items, grips and a lump hammer......ok, the grips were used to get a very tight lid off but, absolutely no idea what the lump hammer was doing in the drawer 😐

Chicken and sausage casserole. Packed with flavour. Pure comfort food but, light enough for warm weather. I am doing roasties with ours but, would be great with rice or just a great big chunk of bread to mop up the sauce. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed 😉

Chicken ready for the BBQ. Tandoori marinade. Masala sauce ready bar final touches. I could just open a few jars, I could not bother grinding my own spices, I could use garlic and ginger paste, I could add food colouring to make that chicken red, I could bang that chicken under a grill or in an oven... I could but, never going to happen.
