Char Siu Pork. I am apparently rubbish at making tomato skin roses but, this stuff tasted so good it deserved the effort. I think this has got to make it to the menu, just need to do the freeze, defrost, reheat tests.

Only 2 days left to get an order delivered before we take a long awaited week off.

Is my Chilli authentic Mexican?
No. But, neither is it Tex-Mex.
Authentic wouldn't have tomato, it wouldn't have beans, it wouldn't be made with mince.
I am keeping all 3. People are more comfortable with 'familiar'. I have however ditched kidney beans, pinto or black were used for dishes.
Hopefully the New Recipe will be on the menu soon.

Chicken, Bacon and Leeks in Wholegrain Mustard Sauce.

Served with Roasties and Maple Glazed Carrots (hint of maple works beautifully with the smoked bacon).

Serving a bit small for bigger appetites? - we have half a serving each. I feed not tease x

Pork Tenderloin with a Bramley and Pork Mince Stuffing, thick slices, drenched with a c***r sauce.

My favourite time of year to cook this, the Bramley Apples are fresh, juicy and packed with flavour. Makes the stuffing and the sauce sing.

We still have both our Main and Wraps menu running - and to give you all a heads up we`ll be off for a short break from Mon 5th to Wed 14th of Oct. So don`t forget to pop any orders in this week to make sure we can deliver.
