Let's talkabout our Paté.....

One of our main suppliers is FINDLATER'S FINE FOODS.

In addition to being multi-award winning and uncompromising tasty, most of them are naturally GLUTEN FREE and suitable for COELIACS.

Findlater's phone me on a Tuesday to take my order, the paté is made by hand; a real person stands over a pot on a stove, no machines involved! It is then delivered on a Friday.

A wonderful range of flavours, including a good selection of Vegetarian ones, are available.

Not sure what to pick up when you pop into Blasus!? Well, I’ve put together a little shopping list to get you started… 🛒

There are all the lovely things I think are worth trying, alongside the everyday pantry staples that are always handy to have in the cupboard.

There’s a bit of everything, whether you’re looking for something new to try or just need to stock up on the essentials.

I am not in the habit of 'tittle-tattling' but sometimes we have to join forces and help each other.
We opened our business at the beginning of the year and on the whole, the local, established traders have been so kind, supportive and offering us friendly and useful advice.
The Craft Shack are one of these, and we consider them friends. It is very sad that this behaviour is happening in our small town and that they are being targeted. They have a wonderful, thriving business and we count ourselves as one of their supporters 👍

I cut everything to order, so whether you fancy a little bit to have with your dinner, enough for a cheeseboard, or a proper big old chunk of your favourite… you can have as much or as little as you like!

And if you’re not sure what to pick, you can always try some in one of our freshly made sandwiches! 🥪

Two more types of GLUTEN FREE biscuits have arrived to complement the Shortbread that we already had.
The Custard Creams are also VEGAN friendly.

It's Patè delivery day!

The first delivery is from Black Mountain's Smokery in Crickhowell.

We have Trout, Mackerel and Salmon.

We have Duck Rillette with Cranberries and Grand Marnier.

We also have Wild Boar, Duck with a slice of Orange and Goose with Chestnuts.

And we mustn't forget the Mushroom patè. An amazing one!
