Three pubs, restaurants and cafés close every day in the UK.

The problem isn’t a lack of customers. It isn’t a lack of passion. It’s the crippling costs facing hospitality businesses, with VAT being one of the biggest.

Every time you eat out, grab a coffee, celebrate a birthday, meet friends for lunch or enjoy a family meal, 20% of what you spend goes straight to VAT. A reduction in VAT would help hospitality businesses invest more in staff, wages, quality, premises and keeping prices affordable for customers.

This isn’t just about helping businesses survive. It’s about protecting local jobs, preserving community spaces and ensuring our high streets don’t continue to lose the places that bring people together.

That’s why we’re supporting Tom Kerridge’s campaign.

If you value your local cafés, pubs and restaurants, please take a moment to sign the petition linked below. Every signature helps show the Government just how important hospitality is to our communities.

A very exciting delivery in the farm shop yesterday! 🍦

Our whippy machine has arrived, and our counter is now filled with beautiful handmade artisan ice cream from Granny Gothards 🤍

Rich, creamy, and packed with the most incredible flavours (some of the best we’ve tasted) - from the classics to some you probably haven’t seen before.

We’re also kicking off the weekend with 3 new soft serve sundaes:
pistachio, chocolate brownie & strawberry shortcake 🤩

Happy Easter! 🐣
