Fire & Dough are on the hunt for someone to join our team. We’re searching for a hard-working individual who wants to take on some extra responsibility and look after a small team. ⁠Whilst experience working in a kitchen would be great, if you're looking for a career change we'd still love to hear from you!⁠

The right candidate will be trained up in all processes of the art of wood fired pizza making, from raw ingredients to perfectly cooked pies. We’re more interested in finding the right fit and we’re willing to invest in cushty people with the right attitude (and a love of food). If the below sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you. ⁠

Starting salary DOE⁠
⁠

• OVER 25 and can drive⁠
• Able to commute to Hexham⁠
• Prior experience of being a nice human⁠
• Passionate about food and a love of pizza⁠
• A proper grafter, someone who likes to step up and take charge⁠
• Cares about the planet and will keep pushing Fire & Dough to become more sustainable⁠
• LOVES working in a team and making new friends⁠
• Full driving license⁠
⁠
What we can offer⁠

• SALARIED PAY DOE⁠
• 40hrs/week⁠
• Any additional hours will be paid overtime⁠
• 2 days off per week (usually Sunday & Monday)⁠
• Set shifts Tuesday - Saturday⁠
• Regular training and development⁠

Growing within the North-East, Fire & Dough can now be found at festivals and weddings around the UK as well as still popping up on the streets that we love.⁠

After getting our hands on in Gosforth we've been very excited about getting it on our specials board. ⁠

We've been chatting with Sarah and Rupert for a while now and following lots of testing, we feel we've absolutely nailed these one! ⁠

Get them whilst stock lasts. It's also an absolute winner on our regular pepperoni 🍕⁠
⁠
Magpie Chilli Crisp launched earlier this year and the product is insane! You can find that at loads of great markets around the north east and the wonderful also stock it for all our Tyne Valley friends
