Ludlow Food Festival what a weekend! 😎

Now we’ve recovered from a busy weekend, we just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone who stoped by our stall!

It was awesome to see some familiar faces and welcome some new ones to the Foldie way!

We have one more big event coming up for the 2026 season so will drop that info soon! For now though, we’re back in the kitchen, making more bases and pittas! 🥙🍕

We’ll be heading to Ludlow Food Festival on Friday and we’re busy getting everything ready.

From making our Foldie dough in-house, to kitting out our stall, there’s plenty happening behind the scenes before we even get there.

We’ll be heading to the fantastic Ludlow Food Festival this September!

As one of the UK’s most-loved food events, we’re incredibly excited to be part of it and share our food with visitors from near and far.

If you’re visiting the festival, make sure you stop by and try one of our freshly prepared dishes.

Meet Josh! 🍕
Co-Founder, Head Chef & Occasional Massive Idiot

My passion for cooking started at a young age, inspired by watching my mum create incredible dishes from around the world and my granny bake the most amazing cakes. It wasn’t long before that passion turned into a career, leading me to work in a variety of restaurants and kitchens, learning new skills and flavours along the way. After one too many experiences with shouty head chefs, I decided there had to be a better way to do things. That belief ultimately led to the creation of Street Food Collective, a place built on great food, creativity, and a positive atmosphere.

When I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll usually find me attempting (and often failing) to stay on my skateboard, exploring new food spots for inspiration, or, more realistically, enjoying a well earned trip to the pub! 🍻🛹
