The inspiration for the dish is the Taliesin's transformation, Gwion Bach gaining infinite wisdom after tasting the potion of inspiration. To me this story can be interpreted in the way the Welsh and Italian cultures have mixed throughout the Welsh valleys bringing prosperity, culture and good fortunes, curating a loyal community through the power of food - Jasmine, Head Chef at Casa Bianca.
