Accredited and qualified with an advanced level certificate in creative sugarcraft skills and over 25 years of experience, you know you are in safe hands. I'm passionate about creating show stopping cakes that will be remembered long after your event is over and I love my job because I know that planning a wedding or other big celebration can be stressful, so when you trust me to take care of your cake I know I am helping to take away some of that stress.
