75 biscuits. 36 years of tradition. And A LOT of royal icing! 😂🌸

These pretty vanilla eggless biscuits were made for a very special family gathering — an annual tradition that has been going for an incredible 36 years! 💕

I was so honoured to be asked to make the biscuits for this year’s celebration. From colourful flowers to sweet little tulips, each one was hand decorated and packed up ready to join the family festivities. 🌷💐

I think these might just be my favourite kind of order — when you know you’re making something that’s going to be part of a much bigger story. ❤️

This chocolate cake was created for Leia’s 10th birthday pyjama party, inspired by her gorgeous PJs and finished with fun little patches to match the pillow decorating craft.

It’s these little personal touches that make bespoke cakes so much fun to create. 🩷✨

When the brief is… under the sea, scuba diving AND an otter… you just go with it! 😂🤿🦦🌊

This was a BIG one — a huge 9” 3-layer + 7” 3-layer chocolate cake, packed with colourful coral, sea creatures, shells and, of course, our little scuba-diving otter! 🥹💙

Honestly, I think this might be one of my favourite briefs ever. Who knew an otter could look so at home under the sea?!
