It's the most wonderful time of our year!!

A (Hanwell) Massive thank you to everyone who dropped by, drank well and made our Summer B**r Festival an absolutely glorious time down The Dodo! 🦤🩵 It was *so nice* to see the pub absolutely buzzing and the wildly ambitious tasting events that happened on each day were enjoyed with total enthusiasm (mostly - haha 😜)! Pizza b**r is still dividing the people!! 🍕

Some highlights ✨-

🍺 Eileen joined us for our Absolutely Bonkers B**r Tasting. Her conclusion - she didn’t really like any of the 6 b**rs we tasted but had a really fun time! 😅 That’s a win right?

🍺 Lots of new faces welcomed in with some travelling across London and as far as Cambridge!! Effort appreciated! Love to see first time visitors alongside our regular, familiar faces! 🩵 Special shout out to the few who made it in for *all 4* days!! You bloomin’ legends! 🙌

🍺 The chaps who usually only drink c***r but landed on imperial stout as the drink of choice! This is quite a b**r journey gents! Welcome to the dark side! 🤝

🍺 All cask ale was drank! No wastage of note!! It’s been a long, hard summer for cask ale here! 😅 This is incredibly pleasing!

🍺 Dodo’s Boozy Scoops brought much joy and we sold 40 ice creams! 🍨 Now if I’d been clever enough, I would have introduced hard ice cream at the beginning of summer!! It might have saved us 2 months of straining for business! Oh well, better late than never as the saying goes hey?! 😅

Big gratitude for everyone who showed up ready to try something weird or wonderful! Consider your b**r taste buds tantalised and perhaps we’ll do this again next year?!?

Our next B**r Festival is in fact not a million miles away, as remember, we always do Alternative Oktoberfest! Aka Dark B**r Fest!
