What an incredible start to the first Labyrinth weekend. From sunrise to sunset, it was a privilege to serve our handcrafted artisan gelato to thousands of festival-goers, surrounded by world-class music and an unforgettable atmosphere.

Today we’re setting up at Tofte Manor, getting everything ready for an incredible weekend. From unloading equipment to preparing every flavour, there’s a huge amount of work that happens long before the first customer arrives.

People often see the finished scoop, but not the hours of planning, lifting, organising and passion behind it.

What an incredible birthday. ❤️
It’s been 10 days since my surgery, and I’m feeling stronger and truly blessed to have been able to celebrate my 39th birthday surrounded by my grandmother, my wife, my kids, my little sister , my friends Josh and Amir and his family, Davide and Luisa—people I truly love. It’s something I’ll never forget.
Special thanks to Joshua Moroney , , and the amazing team at . It’s not just about the incredible flavours—it’s about family, love, and passion. Watching the way you all create every dish, the care you put into every detail, and the love you have for what you do is inspiring. Most people will never understand the amount of work and dedication behind it.
I can honestly say I’m so proud of you all. You deserve the world.
After everything that’s happened this year, including my battle with cancer and the surgery, I’m simply grateful. Thank you, God, for giving me the opportunity to be here, to celebrate another year of life, and to share this moment with such incredible family, amazing friends, and unforgettable food.

Just a quick health update for everyone who has messaged me over the last few weeks.

A few weeks ago, I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and on 17 June I underwent major surgery.

As many of you can see, my neck is still swollen, bruised and healing. I’ve also temporarily lost my voice… and if you know me, that’s a pretty big deal! 😂

Unfortunately, we’ve had to cancel some events and collaborations while I recover. We genuinely tried everything possible to make them happen, but some things were simply beyond our control.

I want to thank everyone who has reached out, sent messages, checked in on me and supported my family during this difficult time. It means more than you know.

For now, my focus is on recovery, getting stronger and getting back to doing what I love.

We’ll be back soon.

Founded by Diego and Suzy Bertotti, we’ve spent over a decade creating award-winning artisan gelato, serving our local community and some of London’s most exciting restaurants, events and festivals.

What a weekend at Fume Festival. 🔥🍨

A huge thank you to Eating With Tod for the support and for giving us the opportunity to share something truly special with the crowd.

This weekend we took a one-in-a-million Black Italian Truffle, turned it into Black Truffle Gelato, and then finished it with an entire 1kg of fresh Black Italian Truffle.

A crazy idea, an incredible audience, and a moment we’ll never forget.

A massive thank you to the whole Fume Festival team, everyone who stopped to watch, taste, and be part of the experience.

Seeing the whole Bertotti family on stage made this moment even more special. What started as a dream 14 years ago has grown through hard work, passion, and the incredible support of our community.
