BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY
Due to a change in personal circumstances, I’ve made the decision to move on from running The Woodside Bar, and we’re now looking for someone who may be interested in taking the pub forward.
The Woodside is an established community pub with a loyal customer base and everything in place for someone who wants the opportunity to run their own venue and put their own stamp on it.
On a personal level, I've put a huge amount into the pub over the last year and met some brilliant people along the way, so this hasn't been a decision I've made lightly. But I know it's the right decision for me, and I'd genuinely like to see the pub passed on to somebody who wants to take it into its next chapter.
The pub remains open and trading as normal. This is not a closure announcement.
I'm working with Rosemount Inns regarding a suitable new operator and, for the right person, there may be scope for a relatively quick handover.
Any agreement would be subject to Rosemount Inns' approval and terms.
