Before I’m swept away in a weekend of goodbyes I thought it was right we did one more fairwell post.

Thank you all for your support over the years, we are incredibly grateful for each and every one of you!

Are far as history books can tell us this building has been a pub for 230 years.
Before that a bakers, and a morgue…

The people in these photos, are family, they are banter at the bar, they are laugher, they are the happy moments, the sad times, the good and the bad.
They are the publicans of the Prince Albert!

We have one request, stay friends, stay laughing, stay together, keep the fire of the Prince Albert burning!

Max and Steve would like to invite you all to “the last hoorah”
On the 30th August 2025 the doors to the Prince Albert will open, for potentially the last time.

As many of you may know,Max has worked in the Prince Albert for 35 years and been the landlord for 7.
Breakspears have made the decision to sell the pub so we invite you all to join us for the last night.

It goes without saying that Max, Steve, Jamie & Rosie along with Micheal, Frank and all the other previous landlords, would like to thank you all for the support and kindness over the years!
