Creams teas for Sunday 16th only! We are making limited quantities of cream teas, one day only, taking orders online for collection on Sunday morning (9-11) from 16 Manor Drive, Halifax.

£4.50 each includes:

Roddas clotted cream, butter portion, a large fruit scone and a choice of either strawberry, raspberry or blackcurrant jam in a small glass jar (flavour choice depending on availability at collection time, there’s a lot of strawberry jam!).

Please place orders here by 10pm today (Saturday 15th August) so we know how many scones to bake in the morning!

Our sourdoughs are all fermenting away getting ready for their fresh bake on Saturday morning for the HalifaxAgriculturalShow! We’ll be bringing whites, wholemeals, walnut loaves, and our special cheddar, mozzarella and jalapeños! Also focaccia, soda bread, scones and swirls, We’ll be in a marquee near the entrance, hope to see you there!

We’re so excited to be offering the whole scone experience at the HalifaxAgriculturalShow on Saturday 8th August - a fruit scone, Rodda clotted cream, Tiptree jam, butter and a knife, boxed nicely together so that you can have your own cream tea right there, or treat a friend to a gift box! Also coming to the HalifaxAgriculturalShow - Irish soda bread! Wholemeal, made with buttermilk and oatmeal, it has a soft cake-like texture and is definitely worth a try, if you haven’t already! See you at the Show on 8th August!
