Good morning lovely people ! This is just a polite reminder regarding deposits. Your cake isn’t secure without a deposit being paid! I’m also getting booked quickly for Christmas orders, and also filling up nicely for next year!

So… that little “C” word can be mentioned! I will be offering my reindeer cakes again this Xmas, but will only being a limited amount as again I will also be doing the gonks! Again limited amount! The cakes are £55 (£15) deposit required and the gonks £12 each . (Decorated chocolate orange)
Cakes are vanilla or chocolate, please specify when ordering xx

This beautiful cake was designed by the bride who sent me a sketch of her dream cake. She was THRILLED with the outcome and so was I! The swans are just so romantic!!!

Good morning! Phew… the heats hit us again! Whilst I will always do my best to stabilise cakes there’s always a chance they will melt somewhat… thicker buttercream will be used and ganache where I can! Please just be aware! These cakes left the kitchen last week xx

Good morning everyone! Hope you’re all enjoying the nice weather! However…. When it gets as warm as it’s going to be this week, I have to pre warn people that things can melt.. I can do what I can to make things more stable, using ganache under fondant and using a stabiliser for your buttercream fillings but I cannot control the weather! This is just a polite notice to you all! Luckily… all cakes this week are fondant covered which gives you more protection! Last week buttercream cakes were a nightmare!

Keep cool Everyone… my air con is working wonders so far! Xx
