Introducing Duck Hall, our beautiful private function space, perfect for everything from birthdays and family celebrations to private dinners, parties, and special events such as Christmas celebrations.

With space for up to 50 guests for a sit-down meal (and plenty more for a party!), Duck Hall comes complete with:

🍸 A fully stocked private bar
🌿 Its own garden area
🔥 Cosy log burner
🎤 Stage space for music, speeches or entertainment
🚪 Separate private entrance

Favourite dish on the menu: Lamb shoulder!

Favourite drink on the menu: Hugo spritz.

An event she’s looking forward to: Bonfire night.

Favourite thing about The Duck: The staff, I love how close we all are we are like a family.

Interesting fact: I make handmade quilts/blankets. 🧶

Most memorable work moment: Our first bonfire night and the fireworks being set off over the pub! I’m so excited for this years bonfire night.

Our autumn menu has officially landed at The Duck... 🍴🍂

As the seasons change, so does our menu, with plenty of warming dishes to settle into.

Start with confit duck terrine, chestnut mushroom arancini or crispy spiced cod cheeks, followed by chargrilled bacon cutlet, roast butternut squash & sage pearl barley risotto or slow-braised lamb shoulder.

And, of course, save room for something sweet, such as our passionfruit crème brûlée, dark chocolate marquise or pear frangipane tart.

Our full menu is available every day, with our set menu running Monday-Thursday, 12-2.30pm and 5-8.30pm, with 2 courses for £19.95 or 3 courses for £24.95.

So, whether you’re joining us for a midweek lunch, dinner with friends or a weekend treat, we’d love to welcome you.
