Think smoked aubergine & sweet potato soup, lamb cannelloni, butter-poached chicken, and beautifully fresh desserts like white peach panna cotta and rhubarb & custard. Each course is crafted to celebrate the best of the season - with optional wine pairings to elevate every bite.
