We’ve been looking at a few pieces of equipment that we really wanted to bring into the gym before Christmas, so today we made the decision to place another £15,000 order with Primal Strength!

At Peak Physique, we’re always looking at ways to improve our facilities, expand our equipment range and give our members the best possible training experience.

A brilliant afternoon today over at Peak Physique Goole, taking delivery of our brand-new Olympic plates!

The new plates are now out across the gym, and we’ve also taken the opportunity to reorganise our existing plates to make everything more accessible and organised for our members.

A polite reminder to all members:

• Half Racks: Bumper plates only. Please ensure these remain in this area.

• Smith Machine & Other Equipment: Olympic plates are to be used throughout the rest of the gym.

We kindly ask everyone to respect the new layout and ensure plates are returned to their designated areas after use.

It’s a small thing that makes a big difference in keeping the gym tidy, organised and running smoothly for everyone.
