We have waved goodbye to Poppy & Isaac now and wish them so much fun at university!! But this does mean we need to fill their positions:
FRONT OF HOUSE - someone who is available over weekends, shifts can vary, but mainly Friday night, Saturday lunch and/or dinner, and Sunday lunch.
Same goes for POT WASHER - mainly weekend work, but during peak times we also have more shifts available.
So why come work for the Homestead?
We are a small, motivated, caring team. This is more than just a “job” it’s an opportunity to become part of something unique. We are continually moving forwards, and each and every person plays an important part in that.
Our restaurant attracts the most wonderful diners, who enjoy coming for the food, and also to experience what it means to have service from people who are invested… who can chat about the meal, the w**e, the veg growing, the projects we have on…. Or maybe check in with a regular about their dog / mum / new job / retirement….
Please do spread the word. Whilst our kids found it fun to be “customers” last Saturday (read as: we both had to work so they were set up in the private dining room with snacks, entertainment and a walkie talkie to call us!) we could really do with growing the team back to full strength!
