🍣🥢 SOMETHING A LITTLE DIFFERENT THIS WEEK…

I’ve been playing around in the kitchen today and these are definitely making the menu! 😍
Fresh sushi 🍣 with smoked salmon, cucumber cream cheese and avocado,crispy chicken with red pepper, avocado and cucumber or tofu with avocado and grated carrot

Japanese-style crispy chicken rice bowls
Loaded with crispy chicken, jasmine rice, crunchy colourful veg, pak choi, sesame & teriyaki drizzle.

THIS is what we mean when we say freshly made canapés. 🤌🏼

Fresh ingredients. Freshly prepared. Made by hand. And definitely no sad little buffet bites in sight.

Today’s kitchen was filled with trays of gorgeous canapés, from smoked salmon blinis and fresh tomato, mozzarella & pesto crostini to rich, savoury bites finished with beetroot, creamy toppings, walnuts, grapes and balsamic.

They’re colourful, they’re fresh, they’re packed with flavour and they look gorgeous on a table.

Whether it’s a wedding, birthday, party or special event, we can create a selection
to suit you and your guests.
