A few of the potential themes for Friday's citizen journalism event:
1) Types and forms: Explore and discuss alternative and community focused reporting from the indy-ref, connecting to projects and events across Scotland — what worked, what were the challenges, what were the types, what is a citizen journalist in 2014?
2) Provide access to a team of community and social media experts who work with a community and social focus. This will be in the form of 1–2–1 drop in sessions, informal and peer to peer support in the areas of digital storytelling (blogging, photography, social media, video and audio) — are there any more? Effective tool for effective storytelling.
3) Case study the activity, highlight and promote the significant activity and events of indy-ref those encouraging people to reveal alternative and under reported stories, debating the potential and challenges of a community news space
4) Finding and verifying alternative narratives
