🍴Funny Burrito with Cajun fries. .
✏️ throwback to when I still worked from the office and could go out for my lunch 🙄 in the table we have the “funny burrito with chips” obviously I upgraded to Cajun fries... because... well why wouldn’t you? 😂 in my burrito I have chosen the haggis chilli. Other choices of filling for the funny burrito are irn bru pulled pork, crispy chicken, curried veggie haggis and roasted red pepper. Probably one of the best choices made was getting the on board. Food is amazing. Hopefully it won’t be long till I can go back!

Due to the current unprecedented circumstances, this Bird needs to torpor / hibernate / migrate according to what is best for us, the teams we work with and surrounding public.
We are totally gutted but I need not go into the reasons why after this week's developments. It is tough times for absolutely everyone so we implore you to look after yourselves and everyone around you.
WE WILL BE BACK and would like to give special solidarity to all our friends and everyone in this industry in Scotland. Especially our favourite nest and best pals and all our customers.
We are looking into ways to help the current situation in any way so please get in touch if you need help/ideas/assistance with anything.

🍴Vegetarian haggis Bon bons.
✏️ so I’ve been told many a time that vegetarian haggis is much tastier than “normal” haggis. Holy hell 😅😅 my first time trying it was over in king tuts and I was absolutely blown away. There’s a high chance that I’ll pick this now over my usual option. As far as pub grub goes, king tuts is a great shout. I cannot praise the staff and the unseen kitchen staff enough. Ps did you know they are dog a friendly? AND you get a discount too if you take your pooch 🐶

We are delighted to have made a donation to Scottish Refugee Council to help them reach this grand sum after raising money for them since June. We will also be continuing to support this great cause by donating 20% of the sales of our daily special dishes at King Tut's Wah Wah Hut in the run up to Xmas!

Thanks to everyone for your support so far!

Throughout the summer, we partnered with local cafes and restaurants to raise vital funds for refugees in Scotland.

As part of our Tastes from Home campaign, participating venues in Glasgow and Edinburgh added a small donation to their menu and helped us raise an amazing £7000!
