Thin noodles of Fresh Egg Pasta tossed in a very light San Marzano Tomato Sauce with Garlic, Parmesan, Lots of Butter a little touch of Chilli and a splash of Sugo to create a delicious sauce. Dressed in Dolcelatte and Burrata Cheese, sprinkled with Crushed Walnuts and finally finished off with a Golden Egg Yolk on top and some fresh Chopped Basil.
